Forbes!! Your Favorite Amazon has brought some changes and updates to the Commercial Liability Insurance Program Policy.

Amazon published an article about this on June 20, 2022.

"We will update the United States Commercial Liability Insurance Program policy with the following changes on June 27, 2022."

  • In this policy, a deductible can be included if (i) the seller made more than USD 1 million in revenue from the sale of your products on Amazon.com in the past 12 months, and (ii) the deductible appears on the seller's Certificate of Insurance.

  • Single-member LLCs can have either their legal entity name or the name they publicly use to identify their company ("trade name," "doing business as," or "DBA").
